Hemofarm generic ambien

I have used generic ambien prescribed to me by my doctor in the States off and on for several years. The Hemofarm brand I would say works just as well as zolpidem (the brand used here in America). Sometimes I wake up after 3-4 hours and I still have another 4 hours until I need to wake up for work, so I will take half of a pill and I am not groggy in the least. I bought this for a friend of mine who have extremly insomnia ( can be without sleep for 2 days, and I mean no sleep at all) . He don`t have any health proble, he got everything blood test you can think, and yet, only with this pills he was available to get a decent sleep again. This generic works great, is as good as the brand Ambien. I think the key is, that it is made in Europe, big different from the generics that sell more sites. Make sure to follow the instructions of Ambien, you need to take it 20 minutes before you go to bed, and then simple lay down without doing nothing, not reading, not tv, no iphone ! :). If your problem is stay sleep instead of falling sleep, for example after 3 hours you wake up, instead of took it before going to bed, take it during that wake up, so after 30 minutes you will be sleeping like a baby again, for at least another 4 hours. I buy Ambien ( in fact, this generic version it works as good as the brand one ) each month. The Zolpidem arrived really quickly, great tamper proof packaging. I have had insomnia problems for a while, may be for the last year or so. I toss and turn almost all the long night. I track my sleep patterns with my iphone and I average sleep 4 hours a night.
